Computer Applications

Description

The interdisciplinary minor in computer applications is designed to complement any academic major and focuses on the use of applications within various academic disciplines. Students completing the minor will have the skills and knowledge needed to use a variety of computers and software to solve problems in their respective disciplines.

SUNY Cortland offers interdisciplinary courses in computer applications so that all students in liberal arts or professional studies programs will have the opportunity to become familiar with the use of computers. Applications courses are described in this section.

A. Introduction to Computers: 6 credit hours
