MLS 201 - Individual Leadership Studies(F)This course focuses on how to build teams, how to influence, how to communicate, how and when to make decisions, how to engage in creative problem solving and how to plan and organize. Values and ethics, along with the life skills taught in MLS 101-102 are also reinforced. Applicable Leadership Lab: MLS 251.(1 cr. hr.)
