PED 164 - Introduction to Skating

(B)This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of ice skating. Topics covered include balance, stride, edge control and backwards skating.Notes: This course is usually a quarter course offered seasonally. Activity program for majors.(.5 cr. hr.)
