ANT 555 - Independent Study in Anthropology Individual studies in selected areas. Not open to students with credit for ANT 550. Prerequisites: ANT 102 and ANT 300, consent of department, junior or senior standing. (1-6 cr. hr.)

- Explain anthropological methodologies employed in fieldwork or lab-based analysis.
- Critique past and present theoretical frameworks used to explain cultural phenomena.
