SHH 688 - Comprehensive Examination in Communication Disorders This course is designed to assist those graduate students who are preparing to take the graduate comprehensive examination. Open to students in the M.S. program in communication sciences and disorders. S and U grades assigned. Prerequisite: Consent of department. (3 cr. hr.) Frequency code A = offered every semester
Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify skills in assessment across the lifespan for disorders and differences associated with speech, language, cognition, hearing and swallowing.
- Identify skills in intervention across the lifespan for disorders and differences associated with speech, language, cognition, hearing and swallowing.
- Identify skills in professional practice across the lifespan for disorders and differences associated with speech, language, cognition, hearing and swallowing.
