PED 611 - Research Methods in Physical Activity Present the research process with emphasis upon critical evaluation of the various research methodologies. Prerequisite: PED 603. (3 cr. hr.) Frequency code B = offered at least once per year
Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identity and summarize the applications of research in physical education and sport.
- Evaluate the process to conduct research studies in physical education and sport.
- Differentiate the various types of research methodologies in physical education and sport.
- Create and implement a research project that demonstrates knowledge about research processes in the field of physical education and sport.
