CHE 550 - Enzymology
Background in enzyme structure-function and the skills necessary to critically interpret kinetic studies and X-ray crystallographic experiments. Topics include steady-state and transient kinetics, crystal growth, diffraction, phasing and refinement to determine structure. Prerequisite: CHE 451 or graduate standing. (3 cr. hr.) Frequency code C = offered at least once every two years
