The financial management concentration allows interested students to pursue courses that will allow them to function well in any area of finance. Proper financial management is an essential function of organizations and an important skill for individuals as well.

A. Required Core in Economics: 21 credit hours


Note: A minimum grade of C- in the foundational classes (ECO 105, ECO 110 and ECO 111) is required for all economics and business economics majors before taking upper-level courses that require any of these foundational classes as prerequisites. In addition, a grade of C- in ECO 352 is required before a student can declare a financial management concentration.
