(B)Provides a theoretical and practical grasp of several current views of first and second language reading; investigates diagnostic techniques that can be used to identify strategies of non-native readers, examines materials, teaching methods and testing procedures used in foreign language and English as a Second Language (ESL) classrooms.Prerequisites: ESL 300 and 301.Fulfills: LASR.(3 cr. hr.)
