HIS 460 - The Holocaust

(C)Extermination of European Jews and millions of other European civilians during World War II studied in human and historical perspective. Course focuses on Nazi perpetrators' ideology of anti-Semitism and their machinery of destruction, the responses of the victims, and the action and inaction of the rest of the world.Prerequisite: HIS 100, 101, 110, 111, 150, JST 140, IST 200 or 210.Also listed as JST 460.Fulfills: LASR.(3 cr. hr.)
