An examination of the six dimensions of wellness including strategies to become more mindful of our own health. (1 cr. hr.)
Frequency code B = offered at least once per year

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Differentiate between health and wellness.
  2. Develop a plan for lifestyle enhancement that incorporates the dimensions of wellness.
  3. Describe equality and equity in the quest for wellness.
