ANT 411 - Human Osteology In-depth study of human skeletal anatomy with emphasis on anthropological applications, including bioarchaeology and forensic anthropology. Prerequisite: ANT 104. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.) Frequency code C = offered at least once every two years
Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Apply anatomical terms to the human skeleton.
- Identify bones and anatomical features of the human skeletal system.
- Analyze morphological variation in human skeletal remains.
- Describe ethical issues related to the study of human skeletal remains.
