REC 560 - Camp and Outdoor Program Administration Detailed analysis of administrative problems in the establishment, operation of resident and day camps and other outdoor, challenge or environmental education programs and centers. Research literature, current problems for camp, program and center directors. Not open to students with credit for REC 460. (3 cr. hr.) Frequency code F = offered in fall
Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Develop management/administration of outdoor/environmental education services, including finance and budget, risk management and regulations and standards relevant to camp and outdoor programs and settings.
