HIS 663 - Seminar in Latin American History Directed research in depth in certain areas of Latin American history. Open only to M.A. candidates in history and M.S.Ed. candidates in adolescence education: social studies. (3 cr. hr.) Frequency code C = offered at least once every two years
Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Formulate a historical argument based on an analysis of primary sources relevant to a topic in Latin American history.
- Assess the strengths and deficiencies of existing scholarship on a selected historical topic.
- Create a well-organized historical essay.
