ATR 489 - Research Methods in Athletic Training Introduction of evidence-based practice concepts, current research methods, and the importance of conducting athletic training research. Prerequisites: CPN 100 (minimum grade of C-); CPN 101 (minimum grade of C-); EXS 201, MAT 201 or PSY 201 Statistics; Athletic Training [ATR] major; accepted into the Athletic Training Program. (3 cr. hr.)

- Formulate an athletic training research project.
- Describe research techniques in Athletic Training.
