Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Describe uneven economic development of places at global and local spatial scales using economic geography perspectives and concepts.   
  2. Evaluate effects of economic activities in countries, regions, and communities using the political economy approach within economic geography. 
  3. Apply information and ideas in economic geography to answer questions, and do develop a research presentation of a case study.
