HIS 447 - Germany since 1815 Critical examination of German history from 1815 to present, with historiographical discussion of the continuities and discontinuities of certain themes across different political regimes, including gender, race, transnational encounters, imperialism, migration, socialism, German-Jewish relations and consumer cultures. Prerequisite: HIS 100, 101, 110 or 111. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
