SPM 670 - Sport Law(S)Examination of the law as it applies to professional and amateur sport organizations, including contract law, tort law, constitutional law and administrative law. Particular emphasis is placed on antitrust law, labor law, collective bargaining and arbitration as they relate to sport and sport organizations. Students learn how to identify, analyze and understand legal issues and the ramifications of those issues using a case method approach to problem solving.(3 cr. hr.)
