SPM 655 - Sport Event Management(S)An overview of all the theoretical and practical elements involved in planning, organizing, staffing, marketing and implementing a sports event. Particular attention is focused on human resources, fiscal and risk management including security and insurance. Examination of cases of different types of events that occur in different environments under variable financial constraints.(3 cr. hr.)
