POL 440 - Law and Politics in the Administrative Process

(C)Powers, procedures, roles, techniques utilized by public officials and bureaucracies. Includes delegation of powers, nature of administrative adjudication and rule-making, judicial control over administrative determination, all enforcement processes of independent regulatory agencies, analysis of general problem of adjusting administrative process to traditional constitutional principles.Prerequisites: POL 100, 240.Fulfills Liberal Arts (LAS) Requirement *(3 cr. hr.)
