IST 210 - Introduction to International Studies: The Making of the Modern World(S)Emphasis is on the historical processes that have in the 20thcentury created the modern international system. Focus on major historical, political, economic and social developments. Special emphasis on problems of development and underdevelopment, theories of development, key areas of the world, and selected world problems. IST majors are encouraged to take IST 200 first, when possible.Fulfills Liberal Arts (LAS) Requirement *(3 cr. hr.)
