HLH 544 - Alternative Medicine(O)This is an introductory course in alternative, or complementary, medical systems. Traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic philosophies and practices, and Mayan medicine will be examined. Historical analysis of the homeopathic and naturopathic medical movements will also be included.Fulfills Liberal Arts (LAS) Requirement *(3 cr. hr.)
