Minor in History
Description
The History Department offers two majors, one in history and one in history combined with preparation for teaching social studies to students in grades 7-12. Both require 36 hours of history, including advanced level course work in U.S., Europe, Asia/Latin America/Africa/Middle East and Global/Transnational history. History majors are encouraged to deepen their experience by exploring options for minors, internships, public history projects and study abroad programs.
