Note: Beginning in Fall 2017, the current New Media Design program will change to Graphic Design and Digital Media. Current students in New Media Design should consult the catalog year of their matriculation for that program information.
The Art and Art History Department offers the major in New Media Design which provides in-depth exposure to the changing area of new media while at the same time maintaining a critical core of studio foundations and art history. Majors have the opportunity to work directly with digital video, digital photography, and audio and multimedia production in a technology laboratory setting.
