The “nonproduction” interdisciplinary minor in cinema study is designed for those who are studying film from the point of view of criticism, history and appreciation instead of as a trade to be learned. Courses are taught by members of the Art and Art History, Communication Studies, English, Geography, History, Modern Languages, Performing Arts, Philosophy, Political Science and Psychology departments. The minor is coordinated through the Communication Studies Department.
