ATR 352 - Strength and Conditioning for Athletic Trainers
(S)Basic understanding of the prevention/rehabilitation of athletic injuries through proper implementation/adaptations of strength and conditioning principles. The class will meet the guidelines established by the national Strength and Conditioning Association (NCSA). Lecture and laboratory activities associated with the athletic strength-training facilities, athletic training and computer facilities.Prerequisite: ATR 342.(3 cr. hr.)Frequency Code Descriptor: A = Every semester
