Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Assess individual and community assets, needs, resources, and capacity for health education and health promotion programs.
- Synthesize and use needs assessments results to plan and implement effective health education and health promotion interventions.
- Plan program intervention and curriculum evaluations.
- Apply the Precede-Proceed Model as a framework for needs assessment and evaluation incorporating health behavior theories as appropriate.
