ENG 257 - Introduction to Irish Literature Introduction to Irish writers and their themes. Readings include some translations from Irish to English. Poetry, fiction and drama will be included. Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Relate the language and structure of a literary text to its content and meaning.
- Write well-developed verbal and written responses to literature.
