COM 434 - Gender Communication Explores the effects of gender and culture on communication. Students examine the characteristics, dynamics, patterns and presumptions that combine to create what is known as "gender speak." Prerequisite: COM 100. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Interpret and apply relevant theories, perspectives, principles and concepts of gender communication.
