POL 403 - Constitutional Law I - Federalism and Interbranch Relations

Provides a close analysis of the relations among the three main branches of the federal government (legislative, executive, and judicial) and their interrelationships, as well as the sharing of power between federal and state and local governments through Supreme Court cases analyzing constitutional principles.
