PED 150 - Introduction to Archery

This course is designed for the beginner archer to become familiar with archery terminology and shooting techniques. Notes: This course is usually a quarter course offered seasonally. Students supply own arrows for PED 150.(0.5 cr. hr.)
Frequency code A = offered every semester

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate fundamental skills, knowledge and equipment care in archery. 
  2. Demonstrate appropriate safety and etiquette in archery. 
  3. Explain how archery can contribute to lifetime physical activity and leisure.
