Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Describe the role emotions play in everyday living. 
  2. Describe and implement techniques essential to be an effective communicator. 
  3. Examine self-concept in terms of one's own potential and assets. 
  4. Define those factors contributing to stress and methods of dealing with stress.
