Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Describe the creative process and the role of the imagination and aesthetic judgment in works of a specific period.
  2. Identify works of art from a specific period and genre.
  3. Construct a well-organized research paper that effectively communicates an understanding and knowledge of art history, including an awareness of art historical terms.
