Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Explain the psychological factors and ways to modify those factors that influence exercise and physical activity behavior of individuals.
- Identify psychosocial influences and consequences of exercise and physical activity.
- Apply the theoretical knowledge to address problems and issues in exercise and physical activity.
