REC 544 - Commercial and Entrepreneurial Recreation

Analysis of the development potential of different types of recreation enterprises, including resources, location, risks, sources of financing, pricing, managerial requirements, marketing and sources of technical assistance. (3 cr. hr.)
Frequency code B = offered at least once per year

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Generate a pro-forma budget for an entrepreneurial enterprise.
  2. Create a value proposition for a commercial enterprise.
  3. Analyze sources of financing based on a break-even analysis.
