AED 601 - Methods I: Teaching Adolescence Mathematics

(B)Developing practical materials for use in the mathematics classroom, aligning lesson plans with state and national learning standards, developing strategies for motivating students with diverse needs and learning styles, understanding how and when to use different teaching styles, and understanding the uses of technology in the classroom. The course includes 25 hours of field experiences.Prerequisite: AED 600.(3 cr. hr.)
