Student Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate rhetorical awareness of genre, audience, purpose, and context.
- Structure and focus writing based on feedback from peers.
- Analyze short prose genres for the writer's craft decisions, including diction, form, and structure.
- Use rhetorical principles of style, brevity, and concision to compose in several short prose genres.
