PED 602 - Research Project in Physical Education

School-based research project with a goal to improve the school's physical education/physical activity program and impact student learning. Prerequisites: PED 610, 611, 621, 622, 644, 660 and 661. PED 621, PED 622, PED 660 and PED 661 may be taken concurrently. (3 cr. hr.)
Frequency code A = offered every semester

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Examine multiple modes of inquiry and apply research findings to learning and teaching in physical education.  
  2. Conduct inquiry of professional knowledge and practice.  
  3. ​Present research inquiry with colleagues and/or the professional community.
