PHY 531 - Physical Chemistry I Kinetic theory of gase8, 278, thermodynamics, introductory quantum chemistry, chemical bonding. Molecular spectroscopy. Not open to students with credit for CHE 431. Prerequisites: CHE 228, 278; and PHY 202, which may be taken concurrently. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
