GLY 497 - Research Experience in Geology Independent study and research experience by an individual student on a special topic under the direction of a faculty member. Course is designed to provide students with hands-on experience with a research project in geology. A prospectus for the work is required in advance of registration. May be taken up to four times for credit. Prerequisite: Consent of department. Grading: H, S, U grades are assigned. (1-3 cr. hr.)
