SOC 383 - Crime and Inequality Examines how systems of inequality intersect with structures and patterns of crime and crime control. Considers how criminal justice systems and practices produce, maintain and reproduce systems of inequality. Draws heavily on intersectionality as a theoretical school of thought and method of analysis. Prerequisite: ANT 102 or SOC 100 or SOC 150. Also listed as CRM 383. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
