Faculty-supervised individual study of a specific topic in any communication area. Designed for students wishing to acquire specific knowledge and/or technical skills not offered in other courses in communication studies. May be taken more than once for a maximum of six hours. Prerequisites: COM 100, junior standing, consent of department. Grading: S, U grading available. (1-6 cr. hr.) Frequency code O = offered occasionally
