The study of language and culture as reflected in the contemporary telenovela. Viewing and analysis of episodes from different telenovelas as the basis for conversation and creative writing. Prerequisite: SPA 306 or SPA 307 or SPA 308. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
