PED 201 - Motor Development Learn and apply basic motor development principles as observed in young children and adolescents. Introduce the terminology, principles and concepts common to motor development and introduce the concept of developmentally appropriate practice as applied to young children in physical education. Prerequisite: PED 101, which may be taken concurrently, and a 2.5 cumulative grade point average. Notes: Students must earn a C- or above to progress into the block methods courses. (3 cr. hr.)
