HIS 421 - U.S. Labor and Working-Class History Critical examination of the history of U.S. workers from the period of the American Revolution to the present. Focus will be on historiographical developments and debates relating to major social, economic, political and cultural changes in working class life in this period and on the ways in which workers created and responded to these changes. Prerequisite: HIS 200 or 201. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
