ECO 326 - Political Economy of Race and Class Examines the economic, historical and institutional forces that have seriously undermined the promise of equal opportunity for all people within the U.S. Topics include: contrasting views on discrimination in the labor market; racial and ethnic conflicts in the labor movement; deindustrialization and urban poverty; current debates on race and class in America.
