CHE 222 - General Chemistry II A continuation of the introduction to the fundamental principles of chemistry, including the chemical properties of gases, liquids, and solids; solutions; chemical equilibria; atomic and molecular structure; thermodynamics; reaction kinetics; and a discussion of properties of selected topics such as electrochemistry and nuclear chemistry. Prerequisite: CHE 221. Fulfills: GE 2; LASR. Notes: Students taking CHE 222 are encouraged to register for CHE 225: Problem-Solving in General Chemistry II. Three lectures, one three-hour laboratory.(4 cr. hr.) Frequency code A = offered every semester.
