POL 302 - Law and Politics

Survey of law in the U.S., looking to different types of law, their sources and their influence on social practices. Examines a critique of law in practice, topics such as power of wealth under law, feminist views of law, legal education, legal reasoning and community participation in legal process. Fulfills: LASR.
