REC 212 - Ski and Ride Instructor Preparation Course

(S) Introduction to professional teaching of skiing and/or snowboarding using instruction and learning principles and concepts endorsed by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI). Best practices of a ski and ride school will be modeled. Prerequisite: Consent of department. Consult department for specific prerequisites and policies. (1 cr. hr.)
