SPM 466 - Strategic Management of Sport Organizations(A) Investigates the skills and knowledge applicable to the process of planning for an organization’s future, including a focus on contemporary issues. Key elements of policy development and strategic planning will be considered including the roles of mid- and top-level managers, strategy formulation, ethical and environmental analysis, and strategy implementation.
